UK: Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (5-7 working days) £3.95 per order

UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 working days) £8.95 per order

Europe: Royal Mail International Standard Tracked (5-7 working days) - £7.50 per order

USA: Royal Mail International Standard Tracked (7-10 working days) - £10.00 per order

Rest of World: Royal Mail International Standard Tracked (10-20 working days) - £15.00 per order

Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Items cannot be considered lost and eligible for refund or replacement until 35 working days from the dispatch date.

For UK and EU orders if your parcel has not arrived within a week of dispatch, please contact me to check its status. The tracking information will only indicate if the parcel has been delivered or returned.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard International Tracked. If your parcel has not arrived within two weeks of dispatch, please contact me to check its status. 

Import/Duty Taxes 

Import and duty taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any taxes incurred in your country are not my responsibility.

Returns Policy As a small business, I regretfully cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items deemed unsuitable, if you have any questions about a potential purchase, please contact us, we’ll be happy to help. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 5 days of delivery for assistance. Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out if you encounter any issues with your order.

Product Use All Honey I Shrunk The House products are intended solely for decorative purposes and are not toys. These products have not been CE tested or certified and should be kept out of reach of young children.

Order Timeline All items are handcrafted and some are made to order, the product description will mention any delays to despatch for production time, this timeline does not include delivery.

Care Instructions Please handle your items with care, they are handcrafted collectible, not toys. Our miniatures are tested for delicate handling and use in a dolls house or collection setting, they are not rated for robust play or for handling by young children. Clean and dust your miniatures very gently with a soft bristled, dry paintbrush or a microfibre cloth, do not use any cleaning products or liquids.
